With over 20 years' experience working in IT and operational environments, I bring a hands-on, pragmatic, and innovative approach to implementing and continually improving Business Management Systems.

I've worked across a variety of sectors, from small businesses to global enterprises, and have earned a number of professional qualifications along the way, including CISM, CRISC, CGEIT and MIoL. 

I hold Lead Auditor certificates in ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 14001, an Internal Auditor certificate in ISO 9001, as well as certificates in ITIL® 4 Foundation, COBIT 2019 Foundation and COBIT 2019 Design & Implementation.
